This Privacy Policy describes how Ketonio ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.

Our App is designed to help you track your ketogenic diet and health metrics. To provide this functionality, you may input the following data into the App:

• Nutrition Data: Information about the food you eat, daily calorie intake, and macronutrients.
• Health Metrics: Your current body weight, blood glucose levels, and ketone levels.
• Notes: Any personal text entries or journal notes you choose to add.

This data is used solely to allow you to track your personal progress, view statistics, and maintain a log within the App.

2. Local Data Storage & No Server Storage

All the personal data you enter (food, weight, glucose, ketones, notes) is stored locally on your device (your smartphone or tablet). Because we do not use databases or cloud servers for user data, we do not have access to your information, and we do not store any of your data on our servers. Your health and personal information belongs strictly to you.

3. Data Export Feature

The App provides a feature to export your records into a CSV file format. This process happens entirely on your local device. The generated file is saved to your device's storage, and it is your sole responsibility to decide how to share or store it (e.g., sending it to your doctor, dietitian, or saving it to your personal computer).

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

Because all your personal and health data is stored locally on your device, we do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties.

We may use standard third-party services (such as Google Crashlytics) only to collect anonymous crash reports and error logs. This helps us fix bugs and improve the App's stability. This crash data is anonymized and does NOT contain any of your personal health, weight, or nutrition records.

5. Data Security

We rely on the built-in security mechanisms of the Android operating system to protect your data on your device. We highly recommend using standard device security features (such as a PIN, password, or biometric authentication) to prevent unauthorized physical access to your information.

6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Since you are the sole owner of your data, you have complete control over it. You can at any time:

• Edit or delete specific entries directly within the App.
• Permanently delete all your data by clearing the App's data in your Android Settings or by completely uninstalling the App from your device. Please note that this action is irreversible, as we do not have backup copies of your data on our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
